Hey There!
Hey, I’m Elizabeth “Libby” Haydin (yes my middle name is Sue) wife, mother, photographer, foster cat mom, puppy cuddler, and a lot more. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I'd travel anywhere to capture a beautiful story.
In 2016 I graduated with a degree in photography. At the time I was a 20 year old stay at home mom. I photographed my first wedding while planning my own and developed a passion for capturing love stories.
Specializing in weddings and portrait photography, I found what I love. When I'm not behind a camera, you can find me most days hanging out at home, either chasing my toddler or our Goldendoodle Sully. If you asked 13 year old Libby where she would be in 10 years, she would say she’d be the next Taylor Swift. What I actually do is so much cooler and I'm so happy to have you on this journey with me.

I spent most of my childhood rereading Harry Potter, dancing alone in my bedroom, and daydreaming about prince charming (my real life prince charming is so much better). I filled notebooks with drawings and stories, and sang in my hair brush at the top of my lungs to every Taylor Swift song. 13 year old me aspired to be the next Taylor Swift. Present me laughs and says stick to what you’re good at.
To the right you see me and my sister (I'm the little one). We've got in a few fights and may have pulled each other's hair once or twice, but we turned out to be best friends.
Past
I've Always Been a Romantic
In May of 2016 I had a 10 month old baby boy, a new degree in photography, and no clue what to do with myself (we all have those moments right?) I never thought I would be a mother, married, and an entrepreneur at 25 but I couldn't imagine my life any other way. I LOVE what I do, documenting love stories and traveling the world to do it.
My love language is quality time and family is my everything. I spend all of my free time cuddling those two handsome boys you see to the right. After bed time I get to be a girl boss, answering emails, writing blogs, and editing photos (if I don't get distracted by Instagram). It's extremely chaotic, but I wouldn't change a thing.
Present
Where do I even Begin?
Becoming a wife and mother was not in my 5 or even 10 year plan, but somehow it ended up happening. I honestly love every second of it! I plan on wearing one too many ugly Christmas sweaters and worrying way too much. I already have my yarn pile ready for sweaters when the grand-kids come.
As you can see from the above, I have a clear goal for the future. Photography is my passion, and I plan on taking Libby Sue Photography to it's full potential. I've loved the work I've created and the friends I've made. Thank you for being a character in my story!
